Very patient, understanding staff. Walked me through everything and can’t wait until I actually get my braces put on, they are making my process worth the wait.

Joining the DRO family has already boosted my confidence, I can't imagine how I feel when my braces are off! I first visited for a consultation appointment and felt very welcomed and well taken care of. The office is super cool and better yet SANITARY. They wipe everything down, from the tools down to the chairs and door handles. I was welcome by Dr. Randall, Nikki, and Becca. They were all so nice and understanding of my lack of confidence. I love being in the envirinment and can't wait to go back for my next appointment.
